The automatic cloth washer is available in only fully automatic operation. The automatic style is for presses with automatic plate shifters and includes a travelling carriage that transports the washer the length of the filter press. This carriage includes a washer head that travels vertically up and down the full lenght of the filer plate. The washer head has rows of spray nozzles on both sides that clean the cloth surface thoroughly. The cloth washer works in conjunction with the plate shifter to clean all of the cloths in the press automatically.
